Float Glass

  • This is the most common type of architectural glass. It is produced by floating molten glass on a bed of molten metal, typically tin. It has a smooth and flat surface and is used for windows, doors, and other building applications.

  • Benefits:-High Optical Quality, smooth Surface, Clarity of vision, Cost-Effective

  • Applications: Shopfronts, doors,furniture, partitions,shelves,  windows.

Tempered/Toughened Glass

  • Tempered glass is heat-treated to make it stronger and more resistant to breakage. When it does break, it shatters into small, relatively harmless pieces instead of sharp shards. It's often used in areas where safety is a concern, such as shower doors and glass railings.

  • Benefits:-Strength,Safety,thermal resistance,scratch resistance,durability

  • Applications:Automative glass, architectural glass,shower enclosures,glass railings,glass tabletops & shelves,retail displays,furniture,

Laminated Glass/Safety Glass

  • Laminated glass consists of two or more layers of glass bonded together with a layer of plastic, typically polyvinyl butyral (PVB). When broken, the glass tends to hold together, reducing the risk of injury. It's commonly used in security glass, skylights, and for noise reduction.

  • Benefits:Safety.security,sound reduction,UV protection,

  • Applications:Automative windshield, architectural glazing,glass railings, skylights and roof glazing,sound proffing,shop fronts,interior design.

Insulated Glass/DGU Glass

  • Insulated glass, also known as double glazing or double-pane glass, is a type of architectural glass designed to improve thermal insulation and energy efficiency in buildings. It consists of two or more glass panes separated by a sealed space filled with air or a low-conductivity gas, typically argon or krypton. This sealed space is often called the "insulating spacer" and is what provides the insulation benefits

  • Benefits: Enhanced thermal insulation, reduced energy costs, condensation and noise reduction,uv protection,

  • Applications:Residential windows,commercial building,skylights and roof glazing,curtail walls,glass facades,automative windows,refrigerated display case,partition walls.

Tinted Glass

  • Tinted glass has a color added to it during manufacturing to reduce glare and heat from sunlight. It's often used in office buildings, homes, and automobiles to improve comfort and energy efficiency.

  • Benefits: solar heat reduction, glare reduction, uv protection, privacy, aestatics, energy efficiency,

  • Applications:windows, skylight and roof glazing, curtain walls, glass facades, automative windows, strorefronts, residential doors, privacy screens, partition walls, autoamtive sunroofs

Reflective Glass

  • Reflective glass has a metallic coating that reflects a significant portion of incoming sunlight, making it ideal for skyscrapers and buildings in sunny climates. It reduces glare and heat gain.

  • Benefits: Solar heat control, glasre reduction,Privacy,UV protection, aesthetics, energy efficiency

  • Applications: Windows and facades, curtain walls, skylights and roof glazing, glass balconied and railings, automative windows, storefronts, residential doors, office building

Fabric Glass/Sandwich Glass/Wired partition

  • "Sandwich glass" typically refers to a type of glassware or decorative glass that has multiple layers or a layered appearance, resembling the layers of a sandwich. It is commonly used in art glass and decorative glass applications, such as stained glass windows, glass mosaics, and glass art pieces

  • Benefits:Strength,safety,sound insulation,design versatility,UV protection,thermal insulation,

  • Applications:Decorative glass, art glass, glass flooring,furniture, Wall partition,skylights,retails displays,safety glss,noise barriers
